Relocate or “Relocation” means the required vacating of a Residential Unit or Room by a Tenant Household and the moving temporarily into another Unit or Room as a result of repairs required to bring the building or a portion thereof which contains a Residential Unit or Room occupied by the Tenant Household into code compliance whether such repairs are undertaken because of Code Enforcement or through Voluntary Code Compliance as defined below.
Miles means nautical miles unless otherwise specified, and means statute miles in conjunction with visibility.
Move (“moved,” “movement”) means shipped, transported, carried; held or offered for shipment, transport or carriage; received for shipment, transport or carriage; or allowed to be shipped, transported or carried.
Anchor location means the physical location from which:
Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.
Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.
Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.
Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.
Worksite means the geographical area of the Project location where the Work is to be performed.
Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.
Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
Primary highway means any highway, other than an inter- state highway, at any time officially designated as a part of the fed- eral−aid primary system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.
Employed by, or provide service to, the Company means employment or service as an employee or director of the Company.
State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.
Relocation refers to the movement of an employee from one geographic location to another;
Insured location means:
a. The "residence premises";
b. The part of other premises, other structures and grounds used by you as a residence and:
(1) Which is shown in the Declarations; or
(2) Which is acquired by you during the policy period for your use as a residence;
c. Any premises used by you in connection with a premises in 4.a. and 4.b. above;
d. Any part of a premises:
(1) Not owned by an "insured"; and
(2) Where an "insured" is temporarily residing;
e. Vacant land, other than farm land, owned by or rented to an "insured";
f. Land owned by or rented to an "insured" on which a one or two family dwelling is being built as a residence for an "insured";
g. Individual or family cemetery plots or burial vaults of an "insured"; or
h. Any part of a premises occasionally rented to an "insured" for other than "business" use.
Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.
Renter – shall mean any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement.
this Tenant Work Letter means the relevant portion of Sections 1 through 6 of this Tenant Work Letter.
Residence means a person's principal place of abode within Utah.
Testing-the-Waters Communication means any oral or written communication with potential investors undertaken in reliance on Section 5(d) of the Securities Act.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
