Vacation Date definition

Vacation Date means the date the Resident vacates the Accommodation Unit. “Value” has the same meaning as in the GST Act.

Examples of Vacation Date in a sentence

Related to Vacation Date

  • Vacation means annual vacation with pay.

  • Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.

Example: If the original term is approximately three years, and the solicitation provides an anticipated award date of May 22, 2020, the expiration date of the original three-year term shall be May 31, 2023. Extensions: Any extensions of the original term shall begin on the next day after the day the original term expires.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date and (b) the earlier termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.04 or Article VII.
