Vacation package definition

Vacation package means goods and/or services which involve a stay in a location away from the consumer’s home and include at least some accommodations and/or meals.
Vacation package or "Vacation" means a product that is booked from Sunquest where the price includes lodging, flights and accompanying services.

  • Sick Leave means the period of time an employee is absent from work with or without pay, by virtue of sickness, quarantine, or accident, or out-of-town medical/dental referrals for which compensation is not payable under the Worker's Compensation Act.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Bonus means the bonus described in the Section 2.3.
