Vacation Service definition

Vacation Service means Company service accumulated from the most recent date of hire by the Company as used for purposes of determining the amount of vacation for which the Employee is eligible under Company policy, as determined by the Company.
Vacation Service means the same as specified in the Customer’s local service provider’s tariff.

  • Section 34.1 Vacation Service Beginning January 1, 2020, regular full-time employees are entitled to use vacation with pay after six (6) months of continuous service with the Employer.
