Valid ESAt definition

Valid ESAt means an ESAt that was conducted within the last two years where the Participant has not had a significant change of circumstances which would make the ESAt invalid, in accordance with any Guidelines.

Examples of Valid ESAt in a sentence

  • Disability Support Pension (DSP) recipients who register directly must have a Current Assessment which is Valid ESAt or JCA to receive employment service assistance.

  • Full-time students with a Valid ESAt or JCA with a recommendation of DES, will still need to meet the ESL eligibility requirements for DES.

  • They must have a Valid ESAt or JCA and meet all other eligibility criteria for DES.

  • Direct Registration and Commencement of a job seeker as an ESL who has a Valid ESAt/JCA Some job seekers will have a Valid ESAt or JCA.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Usable cannabis means any cannabis plant material, including seeds, but not (i) resin that has been extracted from any part of the cannabis plant, its seeds, or its resin; (ii) the mature stalks, fiber produced from the stalks, or any other compound, manufacture, salt, or derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks; or (iii) oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant.

  • Purchased Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(g).
