Valid Purchase definition

Valid Purchase means a purchase made by an Eligible Entrant using Samsung Pay connected to the Eligible Entrant’s Samsung Account at least ten (10) minutes after the Purchase Time of the Eligible Entrant’s previous purchase using the Samsung Pay application connected to the Eligible Entrant’s Samsung Account.
Valid Purchase means when an end-user voluntarily makes a Valid Click and, as a result of that visit to the Affiliate’s website, makes a purchase of goods and/or services from the Merchant’s Website and it is agreed within that Affiliate Agreement that the affiliate will make a commission payment, either directly or through a Network, to PML in such circumstances.
Valid Purchase means a purchase made by an Eligible Entrant during the Promotional Period using Samsung Pay connected to the Eligible Entrant’s Samsung Account with an eftpos eligible bank/issuer card (eligible eftpos issuers can be found at www.samsung.com/au/offer/eftpos_SamsungPay_promotion) loaded into Samsung Pay and toggled to the eftpos network using the Samsung Pay application connected to the EligibleEntrant’s Samsung Account.

  • Retail Purchase means a purchase of any goods or services by the use of the Card and may, at the Bank’s absolute discretion and without prior notice, include or exclude any Card transaction as may be determined by the Bank;

  • Micro-purchase means a purchase of supplies or services, the aggregate amount of which does not exceed the micro-purchase threshold. Micro-purchases comprise a subset of a district's small purchases as defined in 2 C.F.R. 200.320.

  • Public purchase means a purchase by means of competitive bids of goods, services, or materials by the State or any of its political subdivisions or public agencies on whose behalf the Attorney General may bring an action pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 16750 of the Business and Professions Code.
