VALID UNTIL followed by the date (month and year) when the approval of the unit of equipment expires. If the approval is renewed following a test or inspection, the subsequent date of expiry may be added on the same line.

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Valid Day means a Business Day.

  • Valid Claims means Settlement Claims in an amount approved by the Claims Administrator or found to be valid through the claims processing and/or dispute resolution process described in ¶ 2.5.
