Valid write-in candidate means a candidate who has qualified as a write-in candidate by following the procedures and requirements of this title.
Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).
Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.
Independent candidate means any candidate who claims not to be affiliated with a political party, and whose name has been certified on the office-type ballot at a general or special election through the filing of a statement of candidacy and nominating petition, as prescribed in section 3513.257 of the Revised Code.
Combination Product means a Licensed Product that is comprised of or contains a Licensed Compound as an active ingredient together with one (1) or more other active ingredients or Delivery Systems and is sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package.
