Validity Check definition

Validity Check means the checks on the Payment Cards carried out by the Bank from time to time to check whether a Payment Card is valid for Authorisation of a Transaction.

Related to Validity Check

  • Liquidity Agent means any bank or other financial institution acting as agent for the various Liquidity Providers under each Liquidity Agreement.

  • Yield Supplement Account Deposit means the initial deposit of cash in the amount of $[_________] made by or on behalf of the Seller into the Yield Supplement Account on the Closing Date.

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.

  • Liquidity Amount means, as at any date of determination, the lesser of (i) the aggregate amount of unrestricted and unencumbered cash maintained by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the United States as of such date and (ii) $20,000,000.
