Valor 2005 Credit Facility definition
Valor 2005 Credit Facility means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of February 14, 2005 among Valor Telecommunications Enterprises, LLC, as borrower, Valor and certain of its domestic subsidiaries, as guarantors, the lenders party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (formerly known as JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association), and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated, as Syndication Agents, CIBC World Markets Corp. and Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Documentation Agents, Banc of America Securities LLC and ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities Inc., as Sole and Exclusive Lead Arrangers, and Banc of America Securities LLC, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities Inc. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lynch, Pierce, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated, as Sole and Exclusive Book Managers, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated as of August 9, 2005 and as further amended prior to the Effective Date.
