Valuable Equipment definition
Valuable Equipment means all movable fixed assets (bewegliches Anlagevermögen) (including without limitation machinery, equipment, furniture and computers) with the lower of (i) purchase price (Anschaffungswert) or (ii) book value (Buchwert) of EUR 250,000 or more per item.
