Valuation Services Agreement definition
Valuation Services Agreement means the valuation services agreement between the Manager and the Valuation Agent to be dated on or about the date of filing the final Disclosure Documents with the applicable Securities Authorities, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time;

Valuation Services Agreement means the Valuation Services Agreement by and between GE Business Financial Services, Inc. and Purchaser in substantially the form agreed to by Parent and Seller on the date hereof.
