Value Appreciation definition

Value Appreciation means the positive difference between (i) the Net Sales Proceeds received upon the sale of the Artwork, and (ii) its Purchase Price.
Value Appreciation means an amount equal to after-tax net income less a capital charge which is ten percent (10%) of the book value of the entity.
Value Appreciation means an amount equal to EBIAT less a capital charge which is ten percent (10%) of the book value of the entity.

Examples of Value Appreciation in a sentence

  • Value Appreciation Rent shall be due and payable concurrently with the Tenant Ownership Change or Financing Event giving rise to the obligation to pay Value Appreciation Rent (or, with respect to any disputed amount, on resolution of the dispute) and, in the situation of a Tenant Ownership Change, shall be the joint and several obligation of the transferee and transferor.

  • Notwithstanding anything in Section 3(d) to the contrary, the Market Value Appreciation performance criteria shall be satisfied upon the first date after the Grant Date on which the Fair Market Value per share of Common Stock over the 20 previous consecutive Trading Days has been at least $25 per Share, in which case the percentage of the applicable Shares to become vested on the applicable Performance Vesting Date shall be 100%.

  • Stock Appreciation Right or “SAR” means a right to receive the appreciation on Common Stock that is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.
