Variable Rate Mode definition

Variable Rate Mode means the Initial Mode established for the MFP Shares by the terms and conditions of the Statement as modified by the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.
Variable Rate Mode means each Daily Rate Mode, Weekly Rate Mode and Quarterly Rate Mode.
Variable Rate Mode means any time that the Bonds bear interest at Variable Interest Rates.

  • The Purchaser acknowledges that all of the MFP Shares will be subject to Mandatory Tender in connection with Transition Remarketing in accordance with Article 3 of the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.

  • The Fund shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to engage at all times a Tender and Paying Agent to perform the duties to be performed by the Tender and Paying Agent specified herein and in the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.

  • So long as the Purchaser (or any affiliate thereof) is the Holder or Beneficial Owner of 100% of the MFP Shares, without the prior written consent of the Purchaser, the Fund will not agree to, consent to or permit any amendment, supplement, modification or repeal of the Statement to the extent applicable to the Variable Rate Mode to which this Agreement relates or the Variable Rate Mode Supplement or any provision of either thereof, nor waive any provision of either thereof.

  • For all purposes under this Agreement, the Statement and the Variable Rate Mode Supplement, the Fund shall be deemed to have notice only of any transfer for which such transferee certificate is delivered.

  • As of the Effective Date, the Fund is in compliance with the Effective Leverage Ratio and the Asset Coverage as required by Section 2.3 of the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.


More Definitions of Variable Rate Mode

Variable Rate Mode means the Daily Mode, Weekly Mode, Flexible Mode or Term Rate Mode (all as defined in Section 501).
Variable Rate Mode means a Daily Rate or a Weekly Rate.
Variable Rate Mode means the Daily Mode, Weekly Mode, Commercial Paper Mode and Term Rate Mode. "Weekly Mode" means the Mode during which all or any part of the Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Rate. "Weekly Rate" means the per annum interest rate on any Bond in the Weekly Mode determined pursuant to Section 304(b) hereof. Words importing persons include firms, associations and corporations, and the singular and plural form of words shall be deemed interchangeable wherever appropriate.
Variable Rate Mode. The Short-Term Mode or the Term Rate Mode. “Weekly Mode” — The Mode during which the Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Rate.
Variable Rate Mode means, with respect to each Bond, the period between the Initial Period and the Conversion Date.
Variable Rate Mode means the aggregate of the characteristics which apply to Bonds which bear interest at the Variable Rate.
