Variable Rate Mode definition

Variable Rate Mode means the Initial Mode established for the MFP Shares by the terms and conditions of the Statement as modified by the Variable Rate Mode Supplement.
Variable Rate Mode means each Daily Rate Mode, Weekly Rate Mode and Quarterly Rate Mode.
Variable Rate Mode means the Mode established for the MFP Shares by the terms and conditions of the Statement as modified by this Supplement.

Variable Rate Mode means any time that the Bonds bear interest at Variable Interest Rates.

Reference to any agreement (including this Supplement), document or instrument means such agreement, document or instrument as amended or modified and in effect from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and, if applicable, the terms hereof. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, reference to any law means such law as amended, modified, codified, replaced or re-enacted, in whole or in part, including rules, regulations, enforcement procedures and any interpretations promulgated thereunder. References to Sections shall refer to those portions of this Supplement, unless otherwise provided. The use of the terms “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto” and words of similar import shall refer to this Supplement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or clause of this Supplement. (b) Subject to Section 4(e) of the Statement, the terms and conditions of the MFP Shares set forth in this Supplement supersede the terms of the Statement to the extent inconsistent therewith, for the Variable Rate Mode. (c) This Supplement shall be effective on the Mode Commencement Date. ARTICLE 2 TERMS APPLICABLE TO THE SERIES A MUNIFUND PREFERRED SHARES FOR THE VARIABLE RATE MODE The MFP Shares shall have the following terms for the Variable Rate Mode: 2.1. Variable Rate Mode means the Daily Mode, Weekly Mode, Flexible Mode or Term Rate Mode (all as defined in Section 501).
Variable Rate Mode means a Daily Rate or a Weekly Rate.
Variable Rate Mode means the Daily Mode, Weekly Mode, Commercial Paper Mode or Term Rate Mode. "Weekly Mode" means the Mode during which all or any part of the Bonds bear interest at the Weekly Rate. Words importing persons include firms, associations and corporations, and the singular and plural form of words shall be deemed interchangeable wherever appropriate.
