Variable Rate Mortgage Loans definition

Variable Rate Mortgage Loans means those Mortgage Loans within the Mortgage Portfolio from time to time which are subject to a rate of interest which at any time may be varied in accordance with the relevant Mortgage Conditions (and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, exclude Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans and Flexible Mortgage Loans).
Variable Rate Mortgage Loans means those Mortgage Loans to the extent that and for such period that their Mortgage Loan Conditions provide that they are subject to a rate of interest which may at any time be varied in accordance with the relevant Mortgage Loan Conditions (and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, exclude Mortgage Loans during the period that are Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans or Tracker Rate Mortgage Loans).

  • Interest Rate Cap Agreement means, as applicable, an Interest Rate Cap Agreement (together with the confirmation and schedules relating thereto) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender between Borrower and an Acceptable Counterparty or a Replacement Interest Rate Cap Agreement.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date means the earliest to occur of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate
