Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]
Minor Variations means any modifications reasonably required: (i) to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and/or to obtain or to comply with any required permit (including the TI Permit); (ii) to comport with good design, engineering, and construction practices which are not material; or (iii) to make reasonable adjustments for field deviations or conditions encountered during the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
Gender means actual or perceived sex and shall include a person’s gender identity or expression.

The word after" means "from but excluding," the words "to" and "until" mean "to but excluding," and the word "through" means "to and including." Likewise, in setting deadlines or other periods, "by" means "by." The words "preceding," "following," and words of similar import, mean immediately preceding or following. References to a month or a year refer to calendar months and calendar years.
The words herein", "hereof" and "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section or other subdivision; and

Service Variation has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 7.1;
Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.
Face-to-face means an encounter between Client and provider where they are both physically present.
Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.
Variation means a change which is instructed by the Engineer/Employer under Sub-Clause 10.1.
Variation Margin means, in connection with an outstanding futures contract owned or sold by the Corporation, the amount of cash or securities paid to or received from a broker (subsequent to the Initial Margin payment) from time to time as the price of such futures contract fluctuates.
Definitions In this Agreement:
