Vasogen Meeting definition

Vasogen Meeting means the special meeting of Vasogen Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement thereof, called and held in accordance with the Interim Order to consider the Vasogen Arrangement Resolution.

  • If such notice has been delivered prior to the date of the Vasogen Meeting, such meeting shall, unless the Parties agree otherwise, be postponed or adjourned until the expiry of such period (without causing any breach of any other provision contained herein).

  • Open meeting or "public meeting" means a meeting at which the public may be present.

  • Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.
