VAT Refund definition

VAT Refund means (without double counting any amount of input tax recovered, whether by refund, credit, set-off or otherwise) any:
VAT Refund means any refund due and owing pursuant to applicable Law by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria to a Seller Subsidiary in respect of value added Tax; and
VAT Refund means the amount of value added taxes paid or payable to the Borrower by Mexico as a result of matters pending on June 16, 1997 with respect to such value added taxes.

  • For greater certainty, any VAT Refund that is or is not applied for by any Seller Subsidiary on or after the Closing Date that relates to the period commencing as at and from the Closing Date, and such VAT Refund is received by any Seller Subsidiary, shall be retained for its own use absolutely.

More Definitions of VAT Refund

VAT Refund means any refund of VAT received by the Borrower in cash from the Italian Tax authorities.
