Refund definition

Refund means repayment to the Plan for medical or dental benefits that it has paid toward care and treatment of the Injury or Sickness.
Refund means any refund of Taxes, including any reduction in Tax Liabilities by means of a credit, offset or otherwise.
Refund means a Transaction amount that you refund to the Service User. “Service User” means your customer, (i.e., the purchaser of the Offering).

Refund means any refund, reimbursement, offset, credit, or other similar benefit in respect of Taxes (including any overpayment of Taxes that can be refunded or, alternatively, applied against other Taxes payable), including any interest paid on or with respect to such refund of Taxes; provided, however, that the amount of any refund of Taxes shall be net of any Taxes imposed by any Taxing Authority on, related to, or attributable to, the receipt of or accrual of such refund, including any Taxes imposed by way of withholding or offset.
