Examples of VCS Properties in a sentence
If any Company (other than a Dormant Subsidiary, VCS Properties, LLC or a Company described in Section 8.14 hereof) shall engage in any of the activities or become subject to any of the conditions described in subsections (a) through (j) of Section 8.14 hereof.
Notwithstanding anything in this Section 5.11 to the contrary, no Company may, on or after the Closing Date, make an investment in or have outstanding any loan to VCS Properties, LLC or Valley City Steel, LLC.
