VEECO SEC DOCUMENTS shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.04.
VEECO SEC DOCUMENTS means each statement, report, registration statement (including the related prospectus in the form filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) of the Securities Act) and definitive proxy statement, and other filings filed with the SEC by Veeco since January 1, 1996 and prior to the Effective Time.
