Examples of Vehicle Delivery Date in a sentence

  • Upon delivery, Lessee or its agent shall sign Lessor's Standard Lease Agreement which shall be used solely for the purpose of identifying the Vehicles, establishing the Vehicle Delivery Date and documenting Vehicle condition.

  • Each Vehicle delivered to Lessee prior to the commencement of the Lease Term shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as of the date of delivery (the "Vehicle Delivery Date").
