Vehicle Delivery Date definition

Vehicle Delivery Date means a date on which the Service provider takes delivery of the Vehicles, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Vehicle Delivery Date means a date not less than one (1) Month prior to the “projected start-date of roll-out” of each Milestone as specified in clause 1.1.49 on which the Operator takes delivery of the Vehicles, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
