Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:
Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
Vehicle owner means the registered owner or
Gross vehicle weight means the weight of a vehicle without load plus the weight of any load on the
Shared vehicle owner means the registered owner, or a person or entity designated by the
Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:
Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive the
Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an
Low-speed vehicle means any four-wheeled electrically-powered vehicle, except a motor vehicle or
Electric related service means a service that is directly related
area control service means air traffic control service for controlled flights in control areas;
completed vehicle means a vehicle, resulting from the process of multi-stage type-approval, which meets the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;
Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:
Replica vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title not fully
Regulated motor vehicle surface means any of the following, alone or in combination:
School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.
Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.
complete vehicle means any vehicle which need not be completed in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;
Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility
Medium-duty vehicle or “MDV” means any pre-1995 model year heavy-duty vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or less; any 1992 through 2006 model-year heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.1, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; any 1995 through 2002 model year heavy-duty vehicle certified to the Tier 1 standards in Section E.1.1.1 having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds or less; and any 2000 and subsequent model heavy-duty low-emission, ultra-low-emission, super-ultra-low-emission or zero-emission vehicle certified to the standards in Section E.1.1.2, or in title 13, CCR, section 1962, having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating between 8,501 and 14,000 pounds.
