Vehicle Sharing definition

Vehicle Sharing means a service through which a Vehicle Sharing Lessor makes his/her automobile available for use to a Vehicle Sharing Lessee as a rented automobile through an application on a mobile or web-based device facilitated by the named insured. This definition does not include any personal use of the automobile by the Vehicle Sharing Lessor for which coverage is available under the Vehicle Sharing Lessor’s own personal automobile insurance policy and not excluded under 1.8.3 of same.
Vehicle Sharing. — means carrying of passengers for social reasons (inclusive of learner commuting) and commuting to and from work in vehicles that are not registered or licensed for commuting purposes.
Vehicle Sharing means a membership-based service, available to all licensed drivers, who meet the vehicle sharing organization’s eligibility requirements, which offers members access to a network of vehicles, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, at self-service locations and allows members to reserve and use a one-way vehicle share vehicle without a separate written agreement, at rates that are proportional to usage.

  • Docked Small Vehicle Sharing Systems may be located only on docking stations or racks on campus pursuant to receiving approval from the Sustainable Transportation Advisory Committee (STAC).

  • An online electronic reservation completed for an Airport Customer in Company’s Peer- to-Peer Vehicle Sharing website, mobile application, or other platform that initiates a reservation for a Vehicle between an Owner and an Airport Customer where the Owner either drops off the Vehicle to the Airport Customer or picks up the Airport Customer on Airport.

  • This Use and Permit Agreement for Peer-to-Peer Vehicle Sharing Concession (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of May, 2021 by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida (“Authority”), and TURO INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Company”) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Party” or “Parties”).
