Vehicle Titles definition

Vehicle Titles means any title evidencing the transfer of ownership from HRSI or Stockholder to Buyer of any of the vehicles listed on Schedule 3.12(a) and pursuant to the Asset Transfer as set forth in Section 2.3.
Vehicle Titles means the original certificate of title for each of the Vehicles for which the Agent shall file a lien entry form ("Lien Entry Forms"), which Vehicles are identified on Schedule "6" hereto.
Vehicle Titles means, collectively, each of the titles issued for any Vehicle.
