Vendor lists definition

Vendor lists means lists maintained by the Purchasing Agent containing the names and addresses of registered vendors from whom bids, proposals, and quotations may be solicited. In order to bid on a Solicitation, a vendor must be registered with the Division.
Vendor lists means all lists. spreadsheets, worksheets and tables of any type or form identifying each and every vendor, supplier and consultant of Seller since inception of the Business (including those engagements where no writing may exist), which are listed on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Vendor lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.26 hereof.
