Vendor or Supplier definition

Vendor or Supplier means the entity selected by Chemonics to supply the Goods and/or Services under a vendor agreement resulting from this ITT. Examples of vendor agreements are PO, VSA, TSA, LSA as defined herein.
Vendor or Supplier means one that sells goods or services from a fixed location and not otherwise classified as a “Peddler.”
Vendor or Supplier means any person who supplies machinery, equipment, materials, consumables, support services, utilities, etc. to Construction Manager or to any Subcontractor in connection with the performance of Construction Manager’s obligations under the Contract, but who does not perform labor at the Jobsite.
