  • Vendor/Partner shall comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities.

  • In the event of the Vendor/Partner’s noncompliance with this non-discrimination clause or with any such laws, City Schools may terminate or suspend this agreement in whole or in part, and the Vendor/Partner may be declared temporarily ineligible for further contracts.

  • Upon receipt of the notice of award, the Vendor-Partner will be required to provide a level 3 activity schedule that corresponds to the time stipulated in the tender returnable.

  • Prior to dissemination or review of records, Vendor/Partner and its employees, agents, volunteers and contractors shall maintain the confidentiality of all medical, psychological, and student records in compliance with federal and state laws.

  • The Vendor-Partner is expected to propose a project plan with timelines for the execution of the project as part of the tender returnable.

  • The Vendor/Partner shall incorporate the requirements of this Section in all subcontracts requiring each of its affiliate to safeguard Student Records in the same manner as provided for in this Section.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
