VENDOR PRODUCT definition
VENDOR PRODUCT means any products or services (including delivery and installation) (including, without limitation, Cisco Products) to be used in connection with the Network that are purchased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary from vendors, including Lucent and any Cisco Vendor.
VENDOR PRODUCT means all software, services, and content requiring licenses from a third party for access, distribution, or use. Within this Agreement, quotes are deemed a vendor product.
VENDOR PRODUCT means any products or services (including delivery and installation) to be used in connection with the Network that are purchased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary from a vendor other than Lucent.
