The City acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor does not provide warranty service for any third party Vendor-Provided Hardware; however, the Vendor will assign through to the City the full benefit of all warranties provided to the Vendor by any third party Vendor-Provided Hardware in accordance with Schedule H [Performance Standard Warranties].
The Vendor will ensure that the System includes a user-based security system which controls access to Vendor-Provided Hardware, Software, Modules and functions through individualized user identification codes and passwords in accordance with the Functional Requirements.
