Vendor Submission definition

Vendor Submission means a Candidate submitted by Vendor regarding an Open Position. Vendor Submission(s) shall be prioritized as described in Section 3.4.5.
Vendor Submission means the proposal response submitted by the Vendor, Proponent.
Vendor Submission means the document as completed by the vendor for the purpose of offering to sell to the Agency the services and/or goods specified in the Document, and includes but is not limited to quotations, tenders and proposals.

Examples of Vendor Submission in a sentence

  • Proposed Contractors should complete and return the certification forms within five (5) business days of request (if the forms are not completed and returned with Vendor Submission).

  • OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so.

  • Pricing offered with the Vendor Submission shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term.

  • Failure to provide proof of such coverage or a legal exemption will result in a rejection of a Vendor Submission or renewal.

  • A Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement shall be provided with Vendor Submission or upon tentative award, and thereafter, within 15 days of request.

  • The contract will incorporate the terms and conditions from this RFP document and the successful proposer's response documents.Firms taking exception to any of the contract terms should indicate the same by uploading in the Vendor Submission or their exceptions will be deemed waived.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Major Subcontractor.

  • Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Regulatory Submissions means any filing, application or submission with any Regulatory Authority, including authorizations, approvals or clearances arising from the foregoing, including Regulatory Approvals and any pricing or reimbursement approvals, as applicable, and all correspondence or communication with or from the relevant Regulatory Authority, as well as minutes of any material meetings, telephone conferences or discussions with the relevant Regulatory Authority, in each case, with respect to a Licensed Product.

  • Regulatory Information Service means any information service authorised from time to time by the FCA for the purpose of disseminating regulatory announcements;

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the Funder. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the Funder;

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Third Party Subcontract means a subcontract entered into by the Third Party Contractor with a Third Party Subcontractor, or a Third Party Subcontractor with another Third Party Subcontractor at any tier, and is supported in whole or in part with the federal assistance originally derived from FTA, or non- federal share dedicated to the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Electronic Submission means a successful submittal of Offeror’s proposal.

  • Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • RFP means Request for Proposal.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.
