Vendor Tools definition

Vendor Tools means the Vendor Development, Deployment, and Server software in object code format only (including, without limitation, any run-time modules, development kits, and rapid application development tools) and related documentation as described in the Statement of Work.
Vendor Tools means the SBISS information sharing and analysis software available to the member agencies.
Vendor Tools means any tools, both in object code and source code form, which Vendor has already developed or which Vendor independently develops or licenses from a third party, excluding any tools which Vendor creates pursuant to the Website Terms. By way of example, Vendor Tools may include, without limitation, toolbars for maneuvering between pages, search engines, Java applets, and ActiveX controls.

More Definitions of Vendor Tools

Vendor Tools means the Vendor Proprietary Tools and Vendor Third Party Tools.

Related to Vendor Tools

  • RAI MDS Tools means the standardized Resident Assessment Instrument – Minimum Data Set (“RAI MDS”) 2.0, the RAI MDS 2.0 User Manual and the RAI MDS Practice Requirements, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers.   • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail.
