This Note shall bear interest on the unpaid principal amount at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum and shall be paid quarterly in kind in Common Stock of the Borrower at a price per share equal to the volume-weighted average price of the Common Stock quoted on the OTCQB ® Venture Market operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.
