Verizon Collocator definition

Verizon Collocator means, with respect to each Site, the Person identified as the “Verizon Collocator” opposite such Site on Exhibit A and, if applicable, Exhibit B hereto, and which shall be the “Lessee” under the Site Lease Agreement for such Site, in each case together with its permitted successors and assignees hereunder, to the extent the same are permitted to succeed to such Verizon Collocator’s rights under this Agreement.
Verizon Collocator has the meaning set forth in the MLAs.

Examples of Verizon Collocator in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of the immediately preceding sentence, Tower Operator shall, at its cost and expense and in a commercially reasonable time period, provide to any Verizon Collocator any documentation in its possession or control that may be necessary for or reasonably requested by the Verizon Collocator to comply with all FCC reporting requirements relating to the Verizon Communications Equipment and the Verizon Collocation Space.

  • For Ocean Plan Table B parameters, a composite sample is defined as an individual sample of at least 100 mL collected at periodic intervals during the operating hours of the Facility over a 24-hour period.

  • From time to time during the Term of this Agreement and within 30 days of a written request from a Verizon Collocator, Tower Operator agrees to provide updated Rental Documentation in a form reasonably acceptable to the Verizon Collocator.

  • If a Verizon Collocator disagrees with any determination of Tower Operator in the Casualty Notice that the Site is a Non-Restorable Site, then a senior representative of Tower Operator and a senior representative of Verizon Collocator shall attempt to reach agreement on whether the affected Site is a Restorable Site or a Non-Restorable Site, and if they reach agreement, the Parties shall treat the Site as so determined.

  • If Tower Operator makes any such payment, all amounts paid by Tower Operator shall be payable by the relevant Verizon Collocator to Tower Operator within 30 days after Tower Operator delivers a written invoice to the relevant Verizon Collocator for the same.

  • Connecting Tower Operator’s light monitoring equipment to a Verizon Collocator’s electrical power source (unless necessary as a result of an increase in the height of a Tower due to a Modification made at the request of the Verizon Collocator) shall be at Tower Operator’s cost and expense.

  • Any additional rent payable by a Verizon Collocator under this Section 9(d)(ii) will terminate if such Additional Equipment is removed in accordance with Section 9(d)(i).

  • Any toxic or hazardous waste shall be disposed of properly.(5) Contaminated soils disposal and runoff.

  • An amount equal to 120% of the total amount of the costs and expenses incurred by any Verizon Collocator in accordance with this Section 24 shall be due and payable by Tower Operator upon demand and bear interest at the rate of the lesser of (A) the Prime Rate or (B) 10% per annum from the date five days after demand until paid by Tower Operator.

  • This limitation does not affect the ability of a Verizon Collocator to install multiple RAD centers on any Tower to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement (i.e., this limitation restricts only the installation of multiple RAD centers in connection with the Verizon Collocator’s Right of Substitution).

  • Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA (as determined by the geographic location of the cell site to which the mobile End User is connected).

  • Load Serving Entity or “LSE” shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • tour operator means, with the exception of an air carrier, an organiser within the meaning of Article 2, point 2, of Council Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours (2);

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Network Operator means the provider of the Network.
