Versum Asset Transferee definition
Versum Asset Transferee means any Business Entity that is a member of the Versum Group or Versum Subsidiary to which Versum Assets shall be or have been transferred, directly or indirectly, prior to the Separation Time by an Asset Transferor in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
