Versum Commitment Letter definition
Versum Commitment Letter means the commitment letter from the financial institutions named therein pursuant to which such parties have committed to lend the amounts set forth therein to Versum for the purpose of funding the Versum Financing Cash Distribution, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit [•].
