Versum Common Stock definition

Versum Common Stock means the common stock of Versum, par value $1.00 per share.
Versum Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • None of Air Products, Versum or the applicable Distribution Agent will guarantee any minimum sale price for the fractional shares of Versum Common Stock.

  • From and after the Effective Time, there shall be no transfers on the stock transfer books of Versum of the shares of Versum Common Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • From and after the Effective Time, the holders of Certificates or Book-Entry Shares shall cease to have any rights with respect to such shares of Versum Common Stock except as otherwise provided herein or by applicable Law.
