Versum Financing Documents definition
Versum Financing Documents means any documents relating to any debt or equity issuance of Versum prior to the Distribution or otherwise relating to the Versum Securities, the Debt-for-Debt Exchange or the Versum Financing Arrangement, including any 144A preliminary and final offering memorandum, confidential information memorandum, lender presentation, credit agreement or other bank financing arrangement, exchange agreement, purchase agreement (including the representations, warranties and covenants contained therein), indenture, notes and any other agreements or arrangements entered into in connection with the foregoing.
