Vertical Application means, individually or collectively as the context requires, the Schematic Design Documents Application, Design Development Application, or Construction Documents Application applicable to a Vertical Project.

Examples of Vertical Application in a sentence

  • Not less than fifteen (15) days before submitting a Vertical Application, Vertical Developer and the Agency staff shall hold at least one pre- submission conference at a mutually agreeable time.

  • Vertical Application submissions shall consist of the following three components, to be submitted in the following order: (i) Schematic Design Documents, (ii) Design Development Documents and (iii) Construction Documents.

  • Subject to the terms of the DDA, Vertical Developer shall submit each Vertical Application for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Replacement Projects and the Stand-Alone Workforce Projects on or before the dates needed to satisfy the applicable Outside Dates for the Commencement and Completion of the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Replacement Projects and the Stand-Alone Workforce Projects.

  • In connection with any Major Phase Application, Sub-Phase Application, or Vertical Application, Developer or Vertical Developer may request a variance from the applicable Redevelopment Requirements.

  • The Signage Plan for the Shipyard Site shall be submitted to the Agency before the submittal of the first Vertical Application for the Shipyard Site (the “Signage Submittal Date”).

  • POPOS shall be identified by Developer or Vertical Developer, as applicable, in a Sub-Phase Application, Vertical Application, or such other request as Developer or Vertical Developer may make from time to time, in all cases as Approved by the Agency.

  • Vertical Application submissions shall consist of the following three components, to be submitted in the following order: (i) Schematic Design Documents, (ii) 30% Construction Document Review and (iii) Final Construction Documents.

  • The Streetscape Plans and Signage Plans for Candlestick Site and the Shipyard Site must be Approved by the Agency Commission on or before the first Vertical Application for the applicable site.

  • Alternatively, Developer may elect to submit the Signage Plan after the Signage Submittal Date but in no event later than the date of submittal of the first Vertical Application for the Shipyard Site, in which case the Agency’s time for determination that such Application is a Complete Application shall be automatically extended by the number of days from the Signage Submittal Date to the date that Developer submits the Signage Plan.
