Disinfectant means any oxidant, including but not limited to chlorine, chlorine dioxide, chloramines, and ozone added to water in any part of the treatment or distribution process, that is intended to kill or inactivate pathogenic microorganisms.
Coagulation means a process using coagulant chemicals and mixing by which colloidal and suspended materials are destabilized and agglomerated into flocs.
Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).

Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. Zero tolerance means that the school will not tolerate the possession of any weapon by any person. The term “weapon” is defined as any object or substance which by its design, threatened use, or use could cause bodily injury or property damage, including any object which could reasonably be mistaken for a weapon.
