Vessel 2 Construction Contract definition
Vessel 2 Construction Contract means the Shipbuilding Contract (in relation to Vessel 2), dated as of September 24, 2010, among the Breakaway Two, the Parent and the Yard as such Shipbuilding Contract may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
