Vessel Leaving The Yard shall have the meaning given to it in Article 21.1 (Vessel Leaving the Yard); "Warranty Period" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 36.1 (Warranty); "Works" means works to be carried out by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement; and "Yard" means any of the shipyards occupied or operated by the Contractor or the Contractor's Affiliates in Singapore.

  • Such bank guarantee shall be effective from the date of Vessel Leaving The Yard until the satisfaction of all of the Owner’s payment obligations under this Agreement.

  • Greywater means all liquid wastes from showers, baths, sinks, kitchens and domestic washing facilities, but does not include toilet wastes;
