Vesting Dates definition

Vesting Dates means, as determined by the Board or by the Committee, the date as of which the Optionee shall be entitled to exercise the Options or part of the Options, as set forth in section 11 of the ISOP.

Vesting Dates means the dates set forth in the vesting schedule in Section B.2 of this Agreement.

Vesting Dates means the Vesting Dates referenced above, or if earlier, the date upon which an acceleration of vesting occurs pursuant to Section 2 hereof.

Examples of Vesting Dates in a sentence

• In the event of any merger, acquisition, disposition or other corporate event affecting the Company prior to the Vesting Dates, the Committee may make such adjustments to the Total Number of Shares subject to this Award Agreement pursuant to Section 12.2 of the Plan.

• Subject to Section 2 of this Award Agreement, promptly following the Vesting Dates the Company will issue to you the percentage of the Total Number of Shares indicated by the Vesting Schedule.

• If a Change in Control occurs prior to the completion of all of the Vesting Dates, then you will be entitled to receive, no later than thirty (30) days following the effective date of the Change in Control, the unvested Total Number of Shares covered by this Award Agreement.

• Subject to the special vesting rules set forth in Sections 7 and 14, the Stock Units shall vest in accordance with the Vesting Schedule specified in the Award Agreement to the extent that the Employee is continuously employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries until the Vesting Dates specified in the Vesting Schedule and has not terminated employment on or before such dates.

• For purposes of this Agreement, “Vesting Date” means any date, including the Scheduled Vesting Dates specified in the Vesting Schedule on the cover page of this Agreement, on which Units subject to this Agreement vest as provided in this Section 4.
