Examples of Vesting Deed in a sentence

  • Seller is obligated, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Vesting PSA and a covenant contained in the Vesting Deed, to include in all agreements for the Transfer of all or any portion of the Land a contractually binding provision substantially in the form of Paragraphs 28.8.1 through 28.8.6 below (or such other provision as may be reasonably approved by the Redevelopment Agency and the City).

  • Purchaser acknowledges that the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names referenced in Section 1.19 of the Vesting Deed and any variations thereof (collectively, the “Marks”) are the sole and exclusive property of Seller or Seller’s affiliate.

  • Sublessor shall, at its sole cost and expense and in a timely manner, perform its respective obligations under the Vesting Deed, the FFA, the Primary Lease, and any other agreements encumbering the Subleased Premises, and shall comply with all restrictions and other requirements contained therein except to the extent they are delegated to Sublessee under this Sublease.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Sublease or the Primary Lease, the Sublessee shall also comply with and be subject to the restrictions contained in the Vesting Deed to the extent applicable to the Subleased Premises or any rights granted to Sublessee under the Sublease.

  • Such survey must be in form and substance satisfactory to Seller, and must contain a certification that the Property (which will be conveyed to Purchaser pursuant to the Special Warranty Deed) is exactly the same property described in that certain Vesting Deed recorded on December 31, 1984, in Book 3408 at Page 519, made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center Associates to Seller.

  • LACO will perform a boundary line survey, retracing and recovering existing monumentation and boundary evidence necessary to establish boundary lines as described in Client’s Vesting Deed and shown on the existing Record of Survey.

  • The legal description of the Property in said special warranty deed shall be Seller's Vesting Deed Legal Description.
