Vetting Form definition
Vetting Form means a consent form that Team Support may need to fill in to allow the NZOC to ask the New Zealand Police for vetting. Such consent form will be in the form prescribed by New Zealand Police. Protected Period means 13 July 2021 through to 10 August 2021 inclusive. Protocols mean the behaviours and expectations for the Team relating to the Games environment provided to the Team on arrival in the Games Village, which may be amended during the Games Period in response to unexpected events occurring at the Games.
Vetting Form means the form to be adopted and amended from time to time by the Vetting Panel for purposes of gathering relevant information from Applicants or Existing Officials as described in Rule 10.

Examples of Vetting Form in a sentence
If an investigation is unreasonably delayed because the employee refuses to take part, or because of other reasons beyond the Employer’s control, e.g., waiting for a criminal trial to end or failure to complete the Police Vetting Form for working with children within required timeframes, the Employer may decide any further time on suspension will be unpaid.
