  • Accordingly the Provider further acknowledges that it cannot disclose such Vetting Information to the Purchaser and that the Provider, in carrying out the risk assessment and coming to a decision under Clause 6.9.8 hereof shall ensure that no Vetting Information is disclosed in advising the Purchaser, where appropriate, of the outcome of its action under Clause 6.9.9 other than as permitted under the PVG Act and any secondary instruments made under it.
