Vetting Procedure definition

Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) policy as may be amended from time to time, and for the purposes of this Agreement; Working Days means any day Monday to Friday inclusive other than a day which is designated as a bank or public holiday in England; and
Vetting Procedure means the vetting process to be carried out by the Authority after receipt of DBS Certificates from the Service Provider in accordance with clause 10 to ensure the suitability of the Service Provider’s Personnel to be engaged in the provision of the Services and the format of that vetting procedure is set out in Schedule 12

Examples of Vetting Procedure in a sentence

  • The Provider shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all Provider Staff employed or engaged by the Provider at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedure.

  • The Supplier shall ensure that all members of its staff provide all information required by the Authority in order for the Vetting Procedure to be carried out.

  • In this clause Z.3: Contractor's Personnel Vetting Procedure means the Employer's procedures for the vetting of Contractor's Personnel, as advised to the Contractor by the Employer.
