The Provider shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all Provider Staff employed or engaged by the Provider at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedure.
The Supplier shall ensure that all members of its staff provide all information required by the Authority in order for the Vetting Procedure to be carried out.
