Examples of VFC Certificate in a sentence

  • Prior to the occurrence of a Mandatory Liquidation Event, the proceeds of each Liquidity Loan made pursuant to this clause (v) shall be deposited in the Cash Collateral Account and may be used by BAFC to fund additional advances under the Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate.

  • After giving notice of termination of the Aggregate Liquidity Commitment pursuant to this subsection 4.02(a), BAFC shall not make any further advances under the Series 2000-1 VFC Certificate.

  • Unless the certificate of authentication hereon has been executed by or on behalf of the Trustee, by manual signature, this VFC Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement, or be valid for any purpose.

  • Although a summary of certain provisions of the Agreement is set forth below, this VFC Certificate does not purport to summarize the Agreement, is qualified in its entirety by the terms and provisions of the Agreement and reference is made to the Agreement for information with respect to the interests, rights, benefits, obligations, proceeds and duties evidenced hereby and the rights, duties and obligations of the Trustee.

  • This VFC Certificate is issued under and is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Agreement, to which Agreement the VFC Certificateholder, by virtue of the acceptance hereof, assents and is bound.

  • This VFC Certificate shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to any conflict of law principles.
