Video Content definition

Video Content means movies, television shows and other digitized video (including promotional videos) made available to Users via WDC.
Video Content means video content, and, if agreed upon by the Parties in an SOW or amendment to this Agreement, music or games exhibited via Wireless Entertainment as further described in Exhibit L.
Video Content means video programs and associated commercials accessed across all delivery platforms (including satellite, cable, over-the-air, internet, XXX) in broadcast, addressable, time-shift and on-demand access levels.

Examples of Video Content in a sentence

  • Proper activation of an Authorized Device by the Account that ordered the Video Content is required for all downloads, transfers, copies and viewings.

  • Controlled Content may be stored on a DVD that is protected by Video Content Protection System (VCPS) as licensed by Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V.

  • You bear all responsibility for ensuring that you have the capabilities to view Video Content in the appropriate format, or at all.

  • Payments for Video Content are made through the wallet associated with your Account.

  • You may also not be able to view Video Content in the format that you have ordered due to these variables.


More Definitions of Video Content

Video Content means audio and/or audio-visual programming which is selected and made available by MultiChoice on DStv Now.
Video Content means audio/visual content produced for distribution to the public including but not limited to by means of theatrical releases, home market releases (whether via DVD, Blu-ray discs, other formats and/or configuration of physical home entertainment devices, distribution by digital means including via the Internet or otherwise and whether offered as download to own, VOD, subscription VOD or ad supported), pay television, broadcast television, cable television or otherwise.
Video Content means the Visuals, Performers, the Proprietary Materials and the Releases, collectively.
Video Content. The Source Copy from which we will generate the various outputs required for customer consumption of your content. (See Content guide.)
Video Content means any and all Team, End User video clips and other game or practice film, uploaded by Licensee to the Software, including, the voices, performances, poses, acts, plays, appearances, pictures, images, likeness, photographs, silhouettes and other reproductions of the physical likeness and sound of the players, coaches, and all others appearing in the Video Content.
Video Content means audiovisual works (as defined in the United States Copyright Act as in effect on January 1, 1978), text and graphic images.
Video Content means proprietary Atlas video clips or other audio-visual works uploaded by Licensee in connection with or contained in the Software and intended as peripheral educational information and/or demonstration tools and data for Licensees.
