Video Products definition

Video Products has the meaning given to it in the APA.
Video Products means the Transferred Products or any consumer or any prosumer products intended for use on a PC, the primary function of which is to capture, edit and share video content, including without limitation, any consumer or prosumer products intended for use on a PC, the primary function of which is the same as, or similar to, any of the Transferred Products.
